Product in
warranty period

If your product is within the legal warranty period of 90 days (Art. 26 Consumer Protection Code) and has a manufacturing defect:

Contact the Store where you purchased the product.

The Store that carries out the resale will make the request for Technical Assistance with the factory and guide you, inform you about the process steps, and provide delivery and assembly assistance, which can take up to 30 days.

Out of Warranty

If your product is no longer under warranty, de  90 days (Art. 26 Consumer Protection Code) and you need parts or hardware  for REPLACEMENT:

Contact the Factory directly using the form below and we will get back to you with the budget for the items and shipping.
